PRODUCT REFUNDS

The products on this site are digital media products, delivered by digital or electronic means. The site playfulhomeducation.com's liability for any breach of a term of e-commerce agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again or the replacement of the goods. Due to the digital nature of our products, return of goods is not possible, and there are no refunds of any purchases. If you have any issues downloading the worksheets after purchasing, please contact us at info@playfulhomeducation.com. We adhere to the rules as laid down by the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 (E-Commerce Rules).

When special orders are placed for printouts, we print the worksheets personally, customized with the child's name on each page, and ship them by Indian Postal Service. These are customized orders meant for one individual customer, that are non-returnable, non-reusable and non-refundable.

If you have placed an order, and cancel it within 24 hours, we will refund your payment provided that the product has not yet been delivered to you. If 24 hours have passed from the time you placed the order, we cannot refund you. If 24 hours have not passed, but we have already delivered your product, we cannot refund you.

Please see the product images and email us for any details you want to know, before placing an order and making a payment. Refunds for digital products or printouts are not possible, so it is important to be sure of what you are buying.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, trademarks and graphics. You are not permitted to reproduce the documents, information or materials on the website for the purposes of sale or the use by any third party. In particular you are not permitted to republish, upload, transmit electronically or otherwise or distribute any of the materials, documents or products that may be available for download from time to time on this website.
